The 2008 MotoSport.com Fantasy AMA MX Series went under the lights for Rd. 5 at Thunder Valley this past weekend. EverythingLastMinute held onto the points lead, as SPYGUY24 jumps all the way up to second place after being in ninth spot after High Point. Holding on to the third spot was hoots3pak followed by berno who dropped two spots, and Team Tillamook who still holds down fifth place. Chat room regular monda block passed a few teams moving up to sixth, with TheSecretWeapons seventh, and workforfreemx in eighth. We have two new teams rounding out the top ten this week with top notch, and Ellie 4 actually tied in the 9th place spot.
SPYGUY24 had a outstanding weekend scoring 421 points in each division, and winning all 4 prize divisions. SPYGUY24 hired Villopoto, Canard, and HOT riders Grant, and Izzi which ended up being almost the perfect team for the MX2 class. In MX1, SPYGUY24 hired Stewart, Short, and HOT riders Collier, and J. Alessi. HOT riders Grant, Izzi, and Collier all had great rides and earned him loads of double points.
Team manager buffalo7159 put together two good teams this week earning a pair of second place finishes in the prize divisions at Lakewood. Team buffalo7159 hired Villopoto, and HOT riders Grant, Izzi, and Georke in the MX2 class on both of the teams. In MX1, buffalo7159 went with Stewart, Short, Hamblin, and HOT rider J. Alessi to earn 410 points in the MSR division. buffalo7159 switched it up in the EVS division with Stewart, Short, Byrne, and HOT rider J. Alessi earning 414 points and 2nd on the week.
Another team stepping up its game was Ellie 4 with a second and third place podium finishes in the prize divisions. Ellie 4 hired Villopoto, Canard, and HOT riders Grant and Georke for the MX2 class. Stewart, Short, Millsaps, and HOT rider Collier rounded out his MX1 picks, scoring 398 points, two podium finishes and a move in to the top 10 overall as well.
