Welcome race fans and returning Fantasy Team Managers. As we roll up another successful 2009 Supercross season, we are preparing to kick-off the 2009 Motocross National Fantasy Series. This 12 race Fantasy Series will run the entire AMA Motocross schedule. This Fantasy series will use the 2-on / 2-off handicap system. For example, Glen Helen and Hangtown will not be handicapped rounds, however the following 2 rounds at Freestone and High Point will. Then, the following 2 rounds will be off and so on.
The grand prize will be another one of Tommy Hahn’s 2009 Team MotoSport Kawasaki KX450F race bike, complements of MotoSport.com. You must play 5 teams in this Motocross Fantasy Series to be eligible to win the grand prize. On top of the fabulous grand prize, we will offer up weekly prizes to the top 3 finishers of each prize division. These prizes range anywhere from hoodies, tee’s, hats and cool moto swag we get from our sponsors. We will also be giving out the covenant #1 plate’s to the champions of their respectable division, as well as the overall series champ.
With the successful turn out of the 2009 Supercross Fantasy Series, Motosport.com was able to donate $3,000 to the RiderDown Foundation. We will carry this contribution over into the ’09 Motocross Fantasy Series by donating $5, of the $25 that it costs to play 5 divisions to this great organization that help our fallen riders.
Become a Fantasy Team Manager and direct your own team of real riders. Hire and fire who you want, when you want, and show the competition you have what it takes to dominate. Play against your friends for bragging rights, or play against the entire MotoXDream community of Fantasy Team Managers for a chance to win some of the weekly prizes. So let’s dust off those keyboards and polish up our monitors in preparation for another fabulous Motocross Fantasy Season.
